Returns
You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. Given that we are a small startup with limited inventory, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. This allows us to inspect it and resell it, which is not possible with used products. You will need to provide your order number or proof of purchase to receive a full refund. Please send your item in its original packaging. Since we offer free shipping to our customers and the products themselves are heavy, you will currently be responsible for paying for return shipping. We hope to change this in the future as we grow.
To find your order number, please refer to your confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your mailing address, we will issue a return label and send it via email. Due to increased order volume during the holiday season, please allow up to 21 days after receiving your product for a refund.

Store Credit
If your item does not meet the above criteria, you may still be eligible for store credit. If you have owned the item for more than 60 days and the item is unused and in the same condition you received it (no dents, marks, or damage). If you do not have the original packaging, it is your responsibility to repack your item to ensure it arrives safely without being damaged in transit. Your item will require a confirmation email or proof of purchase to receive store credit. If your item is eligible for store credit, please email us to start the refund process: larehome@aliyun.com
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow up to 21 days for a refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive your refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you are not eligible for a refund but are eligible for store credit, we will email you a valid code that can be used to pay for your item.

Shipping
We currently only ship within China. We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We are sorry to hear that and it upsets us too! Don't worry, we will get you a new product as soon as possible, we just need a little information:
You can reject the order due to damage (if possible).
If the order arrives damaged, please take a photo of the outer shipping packaging and the product.
