Every step of our process reflects our dedication to sustainability, from sourcing materials to delivering our products into your hands.

Ensuring your safety and protecting the environment are our top priorities. We rigorously test all our products, packaging, and inks for PROP 65, BPA/BPS, PFAS (when applicable), and phthalates, meeting the highest standards.

We are committed to minimizing waste as much as possible. To reduce our environmental impact, we rely heavily on photos and videos from our manufacturing partners, cutting down on unnecessary shipping of samples. This careful approach allows us to make informed decisions with minimal waste.

Our work culture also embraces sustainability. We have non-warehouse employees work remotely 80% of the week, which lessens the need for daily commutes and reduces our environmental footprint.

At Larehome, returned products don’t go to waste. We carefully inspect each returned item, ensuring they're in good condition before offering them at a discount during our Online Warehouse Sales. Items that aren’t fit for resale are creatively repurposed by our team members and partners, giving them a new life and keeping them out of landfills.

Delivery Times

Monday-Friday, orders will ship within 48 hours of your order being received. Most orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday. Shipping times may vary during sales and holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship from within China. We offer free shipping within the Contiguous United States.

I haven't received my order or package.

1. Please check your inbox for the shipping confirmation, which will include a tracking number.

2. If it's in transit keep an eye out, if it still hasn't arrived and says delivered, please email your name, order number and concerns to larehome@aliyun.com

What if my products arrived damaged?

1、You can refuse the order (if possible) due to damages.

2、If the order arrives and is damaged, please take photos of the external shipping packaging and your product. Please go to our return portaland follow the prompts to "Item was damaged or lost" to submit a claim.

What if I want to return or am not satisfied with my product?
